Premierchoice Quality steps and process

Quality and Service are the key two features that see us working with the same customers time and time again, some in excess of 25 years.

From the moment you place your order we are ensuring that your goods are returned to you on time, on budget, and to the high standard you expect from Premierchoice.

Fabric is checked for faults and flaws prior to cutting.

Quantity of fabric and pattern repeat are also checked at this stage.

Work sheets are checked for correct information.

Customer is contacted immediately should any further information be required.

Bar code and online tracking updated.

Tracking allows you to see up to 90 days of orders placed with premierchoice and is listed alphabetically.

Quality checked during manufacture

All process are Quality controlled throughout manufacture and customers informed immediately any issues arise.

Products are test hung prior to dispatch

During test hanging a series of checks are made from drop to stitch size prior to pressing and packing.

Each product can be packed in your branded packaging

Products are delivered throughout the UK via our own vans or UPS, your own branding can be attached to products and packaging.

Our staff is trained to look after your individual requirements and supervisors are always available to discuss treatments and lead times with you. This access means positive relationships are formed with our customers.

Lead times can vary throughout the year but, in most cases, we work to a two week lead time and our online tracking system means you can check the progress of your order 24-7.

Samples are always available for you to inspect. Please contact one of our Area Managers to arrange a visit or you are always welcome to visit our workroom.
